The OTNL fix

You need this fixed OTNL.EXE, if you encounter the following error while compiling the nodelist:

INDEX-ERROR --> assumed length TOO small!!

Note: The fixed version of OTNL.EXE is NOT included in the main archive. You need to download it separately.
